Our production line based on advanced Germany high technology machine, all production line process are strictly be done at our workhouse.

Firstly we choose best quality of steel wire rod from our local steel plant .material steel grade is divided by Q195&Q235. we will choose different quality steel wire rod based on customers’ requirements.

The manufacture process will starts from now on. Labors will pickling steel wire rods firstly .

Secondly redrawing steel wire rods with different type redrawing machine to redraw wire to thinner wire again and again. Normally we need to redraw 3-4time with 3type machines. Then different sizes wire are prepared by rolls.

The third step will coming. All black wires have to pass high temperature box to let them enough soft for different use ,this process will keep wire through high temperature at least 24-48hours.

then fourth step will be start to use on nail -made machine to start manufacture nails.

The fifth step is polish process of black nails to bright polished nails.

The sixth step nails will delivery to package workhouse , labors will dispatch different packing based on customers’ requirements.after one whole ctnr are prepared , our logistics department will load nails to ctnr .then delivery ctnrs to all over the world by sea or by train.

A:we can accept small quantity ,or trial order. Normally 5tons at least.
